华文课词汇讲解：卑鄙

时间：闷热的中午约１２点左右　

任务：温习课文的词汇

“来，跟着老师一起念：卑（ｂｅｉ１）～鄙（ｂｉ）～”

＂ＢＡＢＹ！＂

“拜托，咬字要清楚。你们知道打这个词语的搭配吗？打个比方：卑鄙小人。”

“都说是ｂａｂｙ，那当然是小～人啦！”

“．．．．．．＂大热天冒出个冷笑话，真是令人啼笑皆非。“华文好的同学，你们真得很卑鄙诶！怎么可以让华文比较差的同学带着错误的理解离开课室？？真是的．．．你们知道卑鄙还可以跟什么词语做搭配吗？”

“卑鄙无耻下流！！！”全班非常合作地回应。

有些词语好像真的不需要太多的解释。

宝贝们，年中考试到了，要加油哦！最重要是把握时间，尽力而为！

DRAMA GOT SILVER!!! WOO HOO~

WAhahahhahahahha.....DRAMA GOT SILVER!!!! Thank you for all the encouragement and well wishes!!!! *GRINS* Received the news through email last night (Can you imagine?? We waited soooOOoo long...) and I went hysterical!!! Hahhaha...started sms-ing all the Drama students and ex-students... and of course some of the teachers to tell them the good news=DD In fact, I would have updated RIGHT away HERE but my internet connection decided to join in the celebration and took a break..*rolled my eyes in disgust*

Remember all the naggings, scoldings, fine tuning? The roller coaster of emotions when things did not go right? Remember the time there was a nasty virus going around and you all fell sick one after another and I was worried sick and frustrated? You guys are really are my joy and pain hahahhahaha.....( I have informed Mdm Su Ping and she is really happy for all of you too!!! )

Thank you Mr James Tan for helping the Drama Club to capture these precious moments and this photo was taken seconds before our turn to perform. (The person in charge was blocked by all of us and yelling in the background. *chuckles*) I must say I have many beautiful ladies in my CCA..hahahha....

I really feel so proud of my DRAMA CLUB!!!


Today, it's the Modern Dance going for SYF competition!!! Sneaked inside the Dance Studio this morning with Ms Cheng to wish the modern dancers good luck!!! Dragged a few students whom I have taught/ am teaching to take a pic while the rest are busy doing the final touch up to their make up/ hair. =pp (It is really not advisable to stand next to the lovely dancers with make up early in the morning when one has just woke up. =pp *Look at my puffy eyes* )

想批改作业，但整个人昏昏沉沉的，只好暂时搁置一旁，待会儿再继续努力！

画则鼓励自己的漫画，哈哈，至少那只小狗充满活力！

真的很讨厌生病的感觉。

做事事倍功半......

整个人慵懒无力......

有必须完成的事项却感到心有余而力不足......

总是等身体敲起了警钟，才会再次体会到健康的重要。

Unicorn came in SECOND! Muhahah...

It's Sports Day today! I was on duty at the announcement table with Mr James Lee and a group of Drama students. Sorry if I am a little tensed at times as it can be quite stressing getting ques from everyone. =p All of you on duty, good effort! =)

Mrs Ess, the house mistress of Griffin dressed her pooh bear in black and that cute little bear became the official mascot of GRIFFIN. Hehehe..."kidnapped" the cute mascot and of course Mrs Ess "chased" after me! Muhahahha...

Guess my student Hu Yi felt that I want a mascot for Unicorn badly and kindly lent me his cute stuff toy which is in RED and I appointed it as Unicorn's mascot for the day. That's the cute little creature taking ques at the announcement table. =)

Some thoughts after the visit to the SWAMI Home

It's the Health and Fitness Week and it's sports day tomorrow! Went to school in my UNICORN T-shirt! Hahahha... Hope UNICORN does well tomorrow..hehehe...



YELLOW FEVER!!! Was pleasantly surprised to find my form class all decked in their yellow camp t-shirt. =) EVERYONE wore the t-shirt! That's the 3F spirit man! If i have known that they are all wearing the t-shirt , I would have join them as yellow is my favourite colour! Hahaha...

Here are my darlings (plus a couple of drama students and 3G students) performing for the elderly at the SWAMI Home... I think they are a little shy but I think it is great effort! =)

Every generation has songs of their own. For our next visit, I think I will ask the class to try and include some old songs in different languages that will bring even more smiles to their faces. =)

I guess some of my darlings find it a little difficult to interact with the elderly due to language barriers.

Do remember that a smile, a handshake, a warm hello helps! =D There is no need to be afraid of the elderly.

Remember, we will all grow old one day.

How will you like to be treated when you are in your golden years?

感想......

许多在疗养院的年长者，眼神里流露着一丝丝寂寞、认命与空虚。

你不一定要听得懂他所说的话，但至少你能够做的就是聆听，或握一握他的手。

或许她完全不愿跟你有任何交流。

你的热情不一定得到预期的反应。

是不是他/她知道你只会来这里探望他/她一两次，然后不会再出现。

若不付出真情实感，就不会感到伤感。

看到一位老人家痴痴地坐在走廊，凝视着大门，喃喃自语。

她告诉我自己的手不听使唤，因此得住进来。

坐在那儿是想看看今天孙子会不会来看她。

“他们说孙子四个月大了就来接我回家。但我不记得从几时算起，才算四个月......”说完，她小心翼翼地从小钱包里抽出一张孙子的照片，骄傲地告诉我这是她的孙子、年纪有多大、叫什么名字......

听着听着，心里有股酸酸的、说不出的滋味涌上心头。

他们真得会回来接她吗？

家家有本难念的经，我们不能斥责他人不孝。

或许他们无法好好照顾她，必须把她送到疗养院。

但看见她郁闷地望着大门痴等的模样，心里仍想告诉她的亲人不应该给她空幻的希望。

无法兑现的承诺，就不应该说出口。

当我和几位比较愿意聊天的老人家闲话家常时，突然很庆幸自己能够用方言和他们交流。

回想起祖父母在世时一起共处的时刻。

非常想念他们。

真的，要珍惜眼前人，对自己的家人好一点。

时间少、工作多、压力大真的不应该是借口。

就从今天开始吧！

SYF's over for Drama... feeling a sense of emptiness..withdrawal symptoms? Going to miss the way we work for the BIG day...=) The preparation for SYF was an exciting ride indeed... =)

We will not know the results till end of April...bet the world will continue to ask me...hahhaha....

Stayed back till about 8 p.m. last night to do trial make up for the cast members after rehearsing for the SYF showcase for the morning assembly today...

I think the microphones' wires got on the nerves of everyone..*scoldings, naggings, NGs, rewards, you name it, we have it...*

*Let's hope tomorrow everything will go smoothly...that everyone of them will be as punctual as they have been for the past few morning rehearsals...*
